What we can do
We can supply and install complete office or home networks (wired, wireless or both), setup and configure OS X Server (to act as a web, iCal, Address Book, email, FTP and file server), create bespoke backup solutions for any data size and integrate all of this in a cross platform network. We can also take care of any out of warranty mac repair, upgrade your mac and recover data from badly damaged hard drives. Basically, anything and everything IT.
Support Options
Ad Hoc
Most of our clients use us on an ad hoc basis at our hourly rate. There is no call out fee and no charge for travelling time (unless over an hour in each direction), just a minimum charge of 1 hour. It couldn't be simpler.
Maintenance Contracts
We also offer bespoke maintenance contracts to suit your needs and requirements. With our maintenance contracts you pay us a monthly retainer which guarantees that we will have an engineer onsite within 4 or 8 hours. Remote Support
With fast broadband speeds commonly available thoughout East Anglia, Remote Support is a great tool to allow us to respond quickly to any emergency or other support enquiry. We use the latest systems to ensure faultless and fast connections which means we can get you back up and running with the minimum of fuss, regardless of where you are.
Phone Support
Our regular clients benefit from free telephone support, piece of mind to know that someone is there on the end of the phone should an unexpected emergency arise.
Workshop repairs
Bring your machine to our workshop and benefit from a reduced hourly rate. Our opening hours are 9am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday. It may be possible to get your machine to us outside of these hours so please contact us.
